The existing 12' Ceiling Car Repair Garage was transformed into the Design Studio Space. The garage doors were replaced with large windows.

The original building was built in 1960 as a car parts & repair garage. During it's 55 year history the building had many uses before being abandoned for 12 years when we took it over for our offices.
